👋 About Me

Hi, I’m Clavon Leonard, a licensed social worker and founder of Skills for Life Pathways.

I created this practice to support autistic individuals and the families who care for them — especially during some of life’s most important transitions. Whether it's learning how to apply for a job, communicate more confidently, or just navigate daily routines, I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them move forward with purpose and support.

I bring a background in school-based mental health, clinical work, and family systems — and I’m deeply committed to helping families find clarity, build life skills, and reduce burnout.

I work with middle schoolers, teens, young adults, and caregivers across Houston and surrounding areas. My goal is to create a space where people feel empowered, respected, and understood.

Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring, connecting with my community, and finding joy in everyday progress.

Let’s build the pathway together.
