• My services are designed for individuals with autism and the families who support them — especially those navigating daily life skills, transitions into adulthood, or accessing resources. I work with middle schoolers, teens, young adults, and caregivers alike.

  • No formal autism diagnosis is required. If you or your loved one would benefit from mentorship, structure, or support in life skills, I'm here to help.

  • The Free Intro Chat is a 15-minute phone or video call to learn about your needs and determine if we’re a good fit.

The Starter Support Package is a paid, structured two-session plan where we dive into your goals and create a custom resource guide with follow-up support.

  • Sessions are available virtually via Microsoft Teams, and in-person options may be available depending on your location and schedule. We’ll confirm what works best for you during the consultation.

  • Absolutely. I offer a Drop-In Support option at $35/hour for clients who want to try it out or need help with one specific issue.

  • At this time, I do not accept insurance. All services are private pay. However, my rates are intentionally affordable, and packages offer discounted pricing.

  • That’s okay! You can start with a single session or book a free intro chat to explore your options. There’s no pressure to commit upfront.

  • Let’s talk! I may be able to tailor sessions for siblings, or coordinate caregiver support with direct skill-building for your loved one.

  • Absolutely. While I offer several pre-set packages, I understand that every family is different. During your consultation, we can discuss your goals and create a personalized support plan that works for your schedule, budget, and specific needs.
